Returns & Refunds:

You may return most new, unused, and unworn items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized items
• Downloadable products
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return Process:

1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at customerservice@utkarshlady.com within 7 days of receiving your order, stating your reason for return.
2. Return Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
3. Return Shipment: Pack the item securely (ideally in its original packaging) and attach the provided return label.
4. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

Currently, we don't offer direct exchanges. However, you can return an item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.

Missing or Damaged Items:

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@utkarshlady.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work promptly to resolve the situation.
